Cupping Sessions w/ Roaster Ron

Day & Night Coffee cupping sessions are guided, hands-on experiences designed to change the way you understand and enjoy coffee.

Perfect for businesses, organizations, teams, and groups, each session combines education, conversation, and discovery in an approachable environment. No previous coffee knowledge is required—only curiosity and a willingness to taste something new.

*Pairs of snacks and food can be added for a fee.

These pairings are chosen to complement the coffee’s natural flavor profile while introducing participants to ingredients, traditions, and foods commonly associated with its place of origin. Depending on the coffees featured, guests may experience items such as regional fruits, chocolates, spices, nuts, breads, cheeses, or small traditional bites.

The goal is not simply to place snacks beside coffee. Each pairing is designed to create context.

What We Offer

Participants explore a selection of single-origin coffees while learning how to identify aroma, acidity, sweetness, body, and flavor. You will begin developing your palate, discovering the profiles you naturally enjoy, and gaining the confidence to describe what you taste beyond simply calling coffee “strong” or “smooth.”

The experience also follows the life of the green coffee bean—from its origin, elevation, climate, and cultivation to harvesting, processing, roasting, and brewing. Along the way, we highlight the farmers and communities whose knowledge, labor, and dedication make every cup possible.

Our Process

Plan the Experience

We begin with a consultation to understand your group, event goals, location, dietary needs, and preferred experience. From there, we select the coffees, regional pairings, activities, and level of education that best fit your gathering.

Discover the Coffee

Participants are introduced to the life of the green coffee bean—from farm, climate, and elevation to processing, roasting, and brewing. Guests explore the aroma of each coffee and learn how geography and production methods shape what reaches the cup.

Taste, Pair, and Connect

The group tastes each coffee side by side while learning to identify sweetness, acidity, body, flavor, and finish. Regional food pairings and farmer stories help connect every cup to the land, culture, and people behind it.

Arrive curious. Taste intentionally. Leave connected.

Find Your Palate

The session concludes with guided reflection, conversation, and personalized recommendations. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of the coffees they enjoy, greater confidence describing their preferences, and a deeper appreciation for the farmers who make every cup possible..
