What is Day & Night

Day & Night is a veteran-founded coffee company and roaster built on discipline, curiosity, and uncompromising standards. Every coffee we produce is the result of deliberate sourcing, careful selection, and hands-on roasting—because quality isn’t discovered by accident, it’s hunted down.

We specialize in single-origin coffees sourced from regions with distinct terrain, climate, and history. Each cup is meant to tell that story—from the soil and elevation to the people who cultivate it. This isn’t just coffee; it’s a record of place, process, and purpose. When blends are required, they’re engineered—not improvised—to meet a specific profile and mission.

Our work doesn’t stop at the roast. In the months ahead, we’re expanding operations to fully utilize the green coffee bean, developing extracts, cold brews, candles, body butters, and lotions—products built with the same attention to sourcing and function as our coffee. We’re also preparing to deploy a battlefield-tested functional mushroom coffee designed for sustained focus and long days that don’t respect your sleep schedule.

Coffee isn’t the only thing on the manifest. We’re committed to sourcing whole, high-quality teas for those who prefer a different kind of ritual—because good fuel comes in more than one form.

Subscribers will receive early access to new releases, limited runs, and upcoming projects as Day & Night continues to expand. No hype. No filler. Just well-sourced products, tested ideas, and steady execution—day or night.

Our Humanitarian and Environmental Impact Mission

At Day & Night Coffee, our mission goes beyond selling coffee. We believe a stronger coffee industry starts with the people who grow it and the responsibility businesses have to reduce waste along the way.

We are working toward building a coalition of like-minded businesses, growers, and partners committed to helping farmers receive fair compensation for their work and access to the resources they need for strong, sustainable harvests. Coffee does not begin on a shelf; it begins with farmers, soil, weather, labor, and generations of knowledge. Our goal is to support systems that respect that work instead of squeezing growers while everyone else takes a bigger cut. That model is stale, and not in a charming “old coffee grounds” kind of way.

As we grow, we are also committed to reducing the waste we produce as a company and encouraging our partners to do the same. This includes finding better uses for coffee byproducts, limiting unnecessary packaging, and making smarter choices in sourcing, production, and fulfillment.

We also plan to support a recycling and return program for our packaging and containers. By encouraging customers to reuse, return, or recycle eligible tins, jars, and containers, we can help reduce plastic waste and keep more materials out of landfills.

Our long-term goal is simple: support the farmers who make great coffee possible, reduce waste wherever we can, and build a business network that treats sustainability as a responsibility—not a marketing gimmick.
